This is an exciting time at The Del as they work to preserve and enhance the seaside resort for the enjoyment of future generations. The majority of the renovations are now complete and open for guests to enjoy including the new Shore House at The Del, fully restored Cottages and Villas at Beach Village at The Del, accommodations in The Cabanas and The Views, restored lobby and entrance, renovated main pool, retail shops, dining outlets, and hotel grounds. The Ocean Club is a premier new offering unlocking some of the most unforgettable experiences and amenities of The Del. The final phase has begun with the restoration of The Victorian building which will be completed in Spring 2025.
